WARRANTY
1. Warranty period
Soren Watches offers a two (2) year warranty on all its watches from the date of purchase.
The warranty is only valid if the purchase date and order or serial number match our records.
2. What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch itself, including:
- defects of the clockwork (internal mechanism),
- errors in assembly or construction,
- defects in parts caused by incorrect production process.
If a product defect falls under these conditions within the warranty period, Soren Watches will repair the watch free of charge or replace it with an equivalent model.
The decision to repair or replace is made by Soren Watches.
3. What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear or aging of parts (such as straps, glass or battery);
- damage resulting from improper use, accidents, falls or bumps;
- water damage caused by misuse or failure to comply with the specified water resistance;
- damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- loss or theft of the watch.
Watches that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Soren Watches technician automatically void their warranty.
4. Proof of purchase
To claim under warranty, the buyer must be able to provide valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice, order confirmation, or valid warranty card).
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
5. Warranty procedure
To file a warranty claim:
- Please contact our customer service at support@sorenwatches.com .
- Please include your model, serial number and a brief description of the problem.
- After assessment, you will receive instructions for sending the product to our service center.
The shipping costs for sending the watch are initially borne by the buyer.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, Soren Watches will reimburse these costs or send a replacement watch at no extra cost.
6. Legal rights
This commercial guarantee does not affect statutory consumer rights in the Netherlands and the European Union.
Customers always retain their legal rights regarding non-conformity and product quality.
