How long does shipping take?
Shipping days:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 1–5 business days
Worldwide:
- 2–7 business days (US)
- 7–30 business days outside the US, depending on customs and carrier
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET are shipped the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries available at checkout. If your country is listed, we can deliver there.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at support@sorenwatches.com .
We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, resend your order or issue a refund.
Note that international shipments may be affected by customs delays.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If the package is not returned to us, the customer will not receive a refund.
We can return the package to the correct address once it is returned, but any additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
How is my watch packaged and protected during shipping?
Every Soren watch is carefully packaged in its original box with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.
We take extra care to prevent damage during transit, so your watch reaches you in perfect condition.
Does the warranty cover water damage or scratches?
No, the warranty does not cover water damage outside the specifications or normal wear and tear, including scratches.
How can I get my watch repaired?
You can contact us directly at support@sorenwatches.com or visit a specialized watchmaker, as most movements are easy to repair. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
Is the warranty valid worldwide?
Yes, the warranty is valid worldwide as long as the watch was purchased through an authorized Soren retailer or our official website.
Do I need to keep my receipt and warranty card?
Yes, this is very important. Your receipt and warranty card verify the authenticity of your watch and confirm that it is eligible for warranty coverage.
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch itself, including defects in the movement, errors in assembly or construction, and defects in parts caused by an incorrect production process. If a defect falls under these conditions within the warranty period, Soren Watches will repair the watch free of charge or replace it with an equivalent model. The decision to repair or replace is made by Soren Watches.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (such as straps, glass, or battery), damage from improper use, accidents, falls, or bumps, water damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or loss/theft of the watch. Watches that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Soren Watches technician automatically void their warranty.
Can I return my watch if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 30 days to return your watch after it has been delivered. The item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. No scratches on the watch are allowed. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return?

What is your return period?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, once your return meets the return conditions and has been received and approved by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my watch for another model?
Yes, exchanges are possible. Please contact support@sorenwatches.com to arrange an exchange.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I be sure my watch is authentic?
All Soren watches come with a Soren Certified Warranty Card that displays the watch's unique serial number. The serial number on the card must match the serial number engraved inside the watch. You can always verify the authenticity of your watch by contacting support@sorenwatches.com
What is the difference between quartz and automatic?
Quartz watches are powered by a battery and are extremely precise, but require periodic battery replacements. Automatic watches, on the other hand, are powered by the movement of your wrist and do not require a battery. All Soren watches are automatic, as this provides superior quality, craftsmanship, and longevity compared to quartz movements.
Are your watches Swiss-made?
All Soren watches proudly carry the Swiss Made label. This hallmark guarantees a quality standard that has been recognized for centuries and is now known worldwide as a symbol of excellence. The Swiss Made label provides our customers with additional confidence in the craftsmanship and durability of the watch they wear.
Is the watch water-resistant?
All Soren watches are water-resistant. The exact rating (eg, 50 m / 5 ATM) is specified on the product page and engraved on the case back. This ensures that your watch can withstand everyday exposure to water, such as handwashing or rain.
How should I care for my watch?
To keep your Soren watch in optimal condition, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields. Clean it regularly with a soft cloth, avoid harsh chemicals, and ensure the crown is fully closed before contact with water. Proper care will maintain its performance and appearance for years.
Does the watch come with its original packaging and warranty card?
Yes, every Soren watch comes in a luxury watch box and includes an international warranty card. The card displays the purchase date, model, and unique serial number, ensuring both authenticity and warranty coverage.
