Returns and Shipping Policy

1. Return period

  • By default, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • For shipments within the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law also applies.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging.

  • No scratches on the watch.

  • You will need your order number or proof of purchase .

3. Return procedure

  1. Please contact support@sorenwatches.com to request a return.

  2. After approval, we will send you a secure payment link for €8 to cover the return costs.

  3. After confirmed payment you will receive the return label by email.

  4. Send the package and share the tracking number with us.

Please note: Return labels must be prepaid ; the cost will not be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns Processing

  • Returns are processed within 15 business days of receipt at our warehouse. During peak periods, this may take a little longer.

  • The customer retains responsibility for the item until we receive the returned package. Please ensure proper packaging and keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted .

5. Damage and defects

  • Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please report it immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Exchange

  • Manual exchanges are no longer processed.

  • Want to exchange an item (e.g., for a different model or color)? Follow the returns procedure. After inspection, you'll receive store credit , which you can use to place a new order right away.

7. Uncollected packages

  • If you refuse or do not collect an order, please contact us to initiate the refund process.

  • Unclaimed packages may be charged a €10 handling and return fee , which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

  • Would you like the package reshipped? Please pay both the €10 and €8 shipping costs in advance via a secure link.

8. Shipping

  • Orders placed before 12:00 CET will be shipped the same day ; otherwise, the next business day.

  • Delivery times:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 businessdays

Europe: 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier

Worldwide: 2–7 business days (depending on customs and local processing) Returns & Exchanges – 30-day return and exchange guarantee on all your purchases

  • Free shipping on all orders.

9. Insurance and damage during shipping

  • Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value declared by the carrier.

  • If damaged or lost during shipping, a refund or replacement will be processed after inspection by the carrier.

10. Taxes and customs charges

  • Prices on the website include VAT.

  • International orders outside the EU may incur import duties, taxes or customs charges , payable by the customer.

11. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Refunds are processed back into your original payment method within 10 business days . Depending on your bank or credit card, this may take additional time.
