WARRANTY
Soren Watches offers a two (2) year warranty on all its watches from the date of purchase.
The warranty is only valid if the purchase date and order or serial number match our records.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch itself, including:
If a product defect falls under these conditions within the warranty period, Soren Watches will repair the watch free of charge or replace it with an equivalent model.
The decision to repair or replace is made by Soren Watches.
The warranty does not cover:
Watches that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Soren Watches technician automatically void their warranty.
To claim under warranty, the buyer must be able to provide valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice, order confirmation, or valid warranty card).
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
To file a warranty claim:
The shipping costs for sending the watch are initially borne by the buyer.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, Soren Watches will reimburse these costs or send a replacement watch at no extra cost.
This commercial guarantee does not affect statutory consumer rights in the Netherlands and the European Union.
Customers always retain their legal rights regarding non-conformity and product quality.
