Every Soren watch comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement or case (not damage caused by drops, water exposure outside the stated specifications, or normal wear and tear).

Please keep your proof of purchase and warranty card safe. If anything comes up, contact us at support@sorenwatches.com — we will guide you to an authorized service center or arrange a repair through us.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 CET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CET are shipped the next business day.

Shipping Cost & Insurance

Shipping is free for all orders. All packages are insured against loss or damage during transit.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is refused or not collected, a €10 handling fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund or store credit. If you wish to have the package re-sent, a prepayment of €10 handling plus €8 shipping is required.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund immediately. Once the watch has been shipped, our return policy applies. This way, you can shop with confidence.

Every Soren watch is water-resistant. The exact rating (eg 50 m / 5 ATM) is listed on the product page. This indicates that your watch can withstand daily water exposure, such as rain or handwashing.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. For shipments within the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law also applies.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and free from scratches. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

How to Return

2. Once approved, we will send you a return label via email.
3. Ship the item back to us and provide the tracking number.
4. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and approved.

Processing & Refunds

Returns are processed within 15 business days of arrival. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We no longer process manual exchanges. Instead, store credit will be issued after inspection, which can be used to place a new order.
