1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
For shipments within the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law also applies.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.
No scratches on the watch.
You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
3. Return Procedure
Contact us at support@sorenwatches.com to request a return.
After approval, we will send a secure payment link for €8 to cover return shipping costs.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive the return label by email.
Ship the package and share the tracking number with us.
Please note: return labels must be paid for in advance. The cost will not be deducted from your refund.
4. Processing Returns
Returns are processed within 15 business days of arrival at our warehouse. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
Responsibility for the item remains with you until the return package has been received by us. Please ensure proper packaging and keep your proof of shipment and tracking number.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Damage and Defects
Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items immediately so we can resolve the issue.
6. Exchanges
Manual exchanges are no longer processed.
Would you like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different model or colour)? Follow the return procedure. After inspection, you will receive store credit, which you can use to place a new order immediately.
7. Uncollected Packages
If you refuse or fail to collect an order, please contact us to start the refund process.
Uncollected packages may be subject to a €10 handling and return fee, which will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Would you like the package to be resent? Please pay both the €10 handling fee and the €8 shipping cost in advance via a secure payment link.
8. Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 CET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CET are shipped the next business day.
Delivery times:
Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
Europe: 1 to 5 business days
Worldwide: 2 to 7 business days within the US; 7 to 30 business days outside the US, depending on customs and carrier

9. Insurance and Shipping Damage
Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value specified by the carrier.
In the event of damage or loss during shipping, a refund or replacement will be processed following an investigation by the carrier.
10. Taxes and Customs Duties
Prices on the website include VAT.
International orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges, payable by the customer.
11. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, this may take additional time.
12. Cancelling Your Order
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact support@sorenwatches.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Entered an incorrect address? If the order has already been shipped based on an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, responsibility lies entirely with the customer. In this case:
The order can no longer be cancelled. No refund will be issued until the package is received by us. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we can resend it to the correct address.
Any additional shipping and handling costs will be charged to the customer.
If the package is not returned to us, the loss is the responsibility of the customer and no refund will be issued.
